RENTAL POLICIES & SAFETY

These policies explain how reservations, payment, returns, cancellations and safety work. They're a plain-language summary — the signed rental agreement Quick Pick Rentals sends after confirming availability contains the final controlling terms.
Reservations and payment
- A deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation.
- Package deposit: $250.
- Individual-item deposit: $100.
- Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.
- Accepted payment methods are Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and credit card.
- Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
- A signed agreement and identification are required after availability is confirmed.
- The website does not collect identification or payment.
Returns, condition and deposits
- Rentals must be returned on time.
- Equipment must be returned clean, usable and in substantially the same condition, excluding normal minor wear.
- Broken, materially damaged, missing, excessively dirty or unusable inventory may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Late returns result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- The signed rental agreement contains the final controlling terms.
Cancellation, weather and rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental qualify for a full refund, including the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental forfeit the deposit.
- Weather-related cancellations and emergencies follow the same timing policy.
- A rental may be rescheduled within 48 hours of the event without a deposit or payment penalty, subject to availability.
General safety
- Renters must be at least 18 years old.
- Adult supervision is required whenever children are involved.
- Easy setup instructions are included with applicable rentals.
- Customers selecting self-setup are responsible for following the instructions and setting up equipment safely.
- The customer is responsible for outdoor electrical access when required.
- Customers must provide their own Nerf blasters.
- Safety and liability terms in the signed rental agreement control the transaction.
Rooftop carrier
- The carrier is universal and fits most SUVs equipped with rooftop side-bar racks.
- Customers must discuss their vehicle and installation logistics with Quick Pick Rentals before confirmation.
- Instructions are provided.
- Customers are responsible for securing the carrier correctly when performing their own installation.

Quick Pick Rentals will confirm availability, pricing, payment, and pickup or delivery details directly with you. Submitting an availability request alone does not confirm a reservation.
